Other than that I don't know what to say, but I just want to know, what is the best audio configuration for Twilight Princess? I've tried both audio backends and I've turned on and off the throttle, and etc. I'm using the OpenGL renderer for video, and it runs practically perfect, which is the opposite of what I'd expect. I have The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess for both Wii and GameCube, and in both of them I experience an audio lag when I get into an open area with people, bugs, and such, but it's not as bad in the GC version as the Wii, although still noticeable. Did a quick search and found one thread that didn't have any info about this particular problem.
